Welcome to LoanBloom App. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Konsala Super Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”), together with its regulated lending partner S.B.N. Leasing and Finance Limited (https://www.sbnnbfc.com), collects, processes, stores, and safeguards your personal information when you access or use the LoanBloom mobile application (“App”).
This Policy is prepared in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and RBI guidelines.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer. Please note that withdrawing consent may limit certain features or prevent completion of loan applications.

- Loan Origination & Credit Assessment – Evaluating loan applications, determining eligibility, and assessing creditworthiness in collaboration with S.B.N. Leasing and Finance Limited.
- Transaction Management – Handling disbursements, repayments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Customer Support – Responding to queries, providing updates, and resolving technical issues.

- Analytics & Service Optimization – Understanding usage trends, improving App performance, and personalizing user experience.

We process your personal information on lawful grounds, including user consent, contractual necessity, or compliance with legal obligations.
Personal and financial records are retained for at least eight (8) years after account closure or as required by law.
