LoanBloom App – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to LoanBloom, a mobile application owned and operated by Konsala Super Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62099HR2025PTC129827) with its registered office at Industrial Estate, Haryana, India.

LoanBloom provides a digital platform enabling users (“Borrowers” or “Users”) to apply for personal loans. All lending, approvals, and financial operations are managed solely by our registered NBFC partner, S.B.N. Leasing and Finance Limited (“SBN”).

By using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Platform Role and Responsibilities

Konsala operates solely as a technology and service platform, responsible for the App’s functionality, maintenance, and technical support.

SBN is the exclusive lender, responsible for all financial decisions, loan disbursement, repayment, and related loan management.

Submitting a loan application through the App establishes a direct contractual relationship between you and SBN. Konsala is not a party to any financial transaction.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To use the LoanBloom App, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and loan application.
  • Possess a valid government ID and a bank account in your own name.

Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or suspension of services.

4. Data Accuracy and Updates

SBN reserves the right to verify user information, perform credit checks, and update borrower data according to its internal policies.

Users must ensure their personal and financial information remains accurate and up to date.

Failure to update required information may lead to limited access or service suspension.

5. Description of Services

LoanBloom serves as a digital interface for loan applications and communication between Users and SBN.

Konsala does not engage in loan approvals, disbursements, or collections.

All lending decisions are made solely by SBN, based on its internal evaluation criteria.

Users must carefully review all loan terms and product details provided by SBN before applying.

6. Sensitive Permissions and Device Access

For optimal functionality and regulatory compliance, the App may request certain permissions from your device.

We request only what is necessary for service delivery and transparency:

  • SMS (Read Only)–Used to auto-read One-Time Passwords (OTP) for secure verification. We do not access or store personal SMS content.
  • Contacts (Optional)–Used to verify emergency or reference contact information, if required during loan evaluation.
  • Location (Approximate/Precise, Optional)–Used for address verification and to assess service eligibility in your area.
  • Camera and Storage–Used to allow users to upload identification documents or profile images for KYC purposes.

You may decline or revoke permissions at any time via device settings. However, doing so may limit certain functionalities required for loan processing.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

Konsala and SBN maintain strict administrative and technical safeguards to protect user data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

Collected information may include personal, financial, and behavioral data, and is used only for:

  • Loan application processing and credit evaluation.
  • Regulatory and compliance reporting.
  • Risk assessment and fraud prevention.
  • Improving user experience and service quality.

We do not sell or share user data with third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.

Certain data may be shared with authorized partners, such as credit bureaus, KYC verification agencies, or payment processors—strictly for operational and legal purposes.

Users may access, correct, or delete their personal data via the App. Some deletions may restrict access to loan-related features.

Upon request, users may contact us to obtain details about how their data is stored or processed.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Comply with applicable laws of India.
  • Avoid using the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Refrain from uploading or transmitting malicious code or content.
  • Respect the integrity of the App and the rights of other users.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination, and may lead to legal action where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Konsala is not responsible for any financial decisions or outcomes arising from loans offered by SBN.

The App and its services are provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

Konsala is not liable for any loss due to network failures, device errors, unauthorized access, or force majeure.

Users are solely responsible for any internet, mobile, or data costs incurred while using the App.

10. Modifications and Account Termination

Konsala may update or revise these Terms periodically. Continued App use signifies acceptance of revised Terms.

Users may discontinue App use and request account deletion via in-App settings.

Konsala may suspend or terminate access for violations, while all loan obligations with SBN remain enforceable.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
